ミサゴが大きな魚を食っていました。
It was crunching away at the head first.
About half eaten in roughly 40 minutes. It seemed to dislike the internal organs and left them. ^^;

先日もカンムリワシの幼鳥がまた事故に。
A beautiful juvenile, but it had been hit by a vehicle.
Targeting frogs that have gathered in the stream below for the spawning season.
Gliding gracefully over the rice paddies.
An adult also targeting frogs gathered for the spawning season.
A dark-eyed Crested Serpent Eagle found in the north. This one is also after frogs.

小さな虫を捕まえていました。捕まえる度に薮に持っていくので獲物の種類は不明。^^;

ジョウビタキのオス
人馴れしたジョウビタキがいたので撮ろうとしたら、上空をサシバが舞って、ジョウビタキや近くにいたシロハラなど一斉に見えなくなりました…。^^;
