石垣島2例目のマナヅル、越冬サシバ(動画あり)
2020年の初記録 以来、6年ぶりにマナヅルが石垣島に飛来しました。でかくて美しい鳥です。西表島にはソデグロヅルが昨年から越冬中で、機会があればそちらも見に行きたいですね。
カンムリワシは繁殖期の序盤で、天気のいい日などにはオスとメスの鳴き交わしがよく聞こえます。
島内では、サシバやチョウゲンボウ、ハヤブサ、ノスリ、ミサゴなどが越冬中ですが、オオノスリは昨年の12月に与那国島で見たきりで、今季は少ないようです。

Around ten Northern Lapwings have been present since late last year.
