アオバズク巣立ち、アカショウビン、リュウキュウヨシゴイ、アカガシラサギ、エリグロアジサシ子育てほか
アオバズクが巣立ちました。カップル成立が例年より遅かったので巣立ちも遅れました。カップルのどちらかが変わったのでしょうか。
アカショウビンはどこも巣立ちが終わって、親鳥たちはほっと一息。巣立ったヒナたちは親の縄張りに止まっていますが、獲物は自分でとっています。
リュウキュウヨシゴイも子育て終わり、あちこちの田んぼで幼鳥が出だしています。ムラサキサギも独り立ちした幼鳥が田んぼに現れだしました。アカガシラサギやクロツラヘラサギは秋の渡りで飛来しています。
シギやチドリは少しずつ動きだしています。秋の渡りが本格化するにつれ、どんどん数と種類を増やしていきます。
アジサシ類は子育て真っ最中。エリグロアジサシは孵化後1週間から2週間程度たったヒナたちの姿が見えだしました。

Little Ringed Plovers arrived in a group of about ten. They looked tired, having just arrived.
Three Eastern Spot-billed Ducks growing up together after losing their parent. Whenever a Common Moorhen with chicks appeared, they would follow along as if longing for a family, but they kept getting left behind.
A fledgling Ryukyu Swallow. It had come to the rice paddy to drink water.
A Black-naped Tern chick, about ten days to two weeks post-hatch. At least two pairs and three chicks were visible.
