We'll drive you around Ishigaki Island to wherever the birds are showing best that day. Observation is mostly from inside the vehicle, and we keep it to a maximum of 3 guests so everyone can take their time.

ヒメヒシクイ? ロシアヒシクイ? とヒシクイ、オオヒシクイ

オオヒシクイとともに小さなヒシクイが2羽。ロシアヒシクイとかヒメヒシクイとかの亜種と思われますが、識別は困難ですね。

小さな沈砂池にはオシドリやキンクロハジロ、ヒドリガモなどが滞在中。正体不明なカモもいましたが、雑種にしては親の想像がつかず、家禽が混じっているのかもしれません。

オオノスリ、シベリアハヤブサ、コミミズクなど越冬猛禽(動画あり)

オオノスリやシベリアハヤブサ、チュウヒ、サシバ、チョウゲンボウ、コミミズクなど石垣島で越冬する猛禽類がそろってきました。

獲物となるカモやオオバン、小鳥たちは猛禽が現れるとピリピリしています。
