足環付きのカンムリワシ
見慣れない場所に右足に緑色の足環を付けたカンムリワシがいました。汚れて記号が読めないのが残念。
A banded Crested Serpent Eagle on a narrow lane in the village. I think it's a male, but I have no idea whose bird it is or where it came from.
