リュウキュウアカショウビン巣立ち
今季初撮影のアカショウビンの巣立ちです。いくつかあるうちの一つの営巣をブラインドに入って撮影していたら、「巣立ちそうだよ」との連絡があり、ブラインドはその場に立てたまま、三脚とカメラを持って現地へ移動。数分で着いたのですが、すでに1羽目は巣立っていました。現地に着いて50分後に2羽目が巣立ちました。^^
3羽目の巣立ちも見たかったのですが、夕方から竹富島へライブを見に行くので後ろ髪を引かれつつ撤収しました。

It landed in the shrubbery. A Ruddy Kingfisher that isn't red yet. ^^
A parent brought in a Ryukyu Giant Cicada. This pair always brings cicadas. ^^;
Once they lean out this far, fledging is 10–15 minutes away.
This chick looks like it will take a little longer to fledge. Two bills were visible from the nest hole.
Very far away, so extreme extreme extreme cropping. ^^;
