見つけると茂みに逃げ込むことが多いクロウタドリですが、この個体は全く逃げません。^^
Foraging together with Pale Thrushes, Brown-headed Thrushes, and others.
Like the Pale Thrush, it was catching small earthworms.

カンムリワシの「キング」
昨年2012年の11月に保護された「 キング 」です。顔の傷がひどくなっているような気がします…。
When a nearby adult pair called out an alarm, it crossed the road and disappeared into the forest. I just hope it doesn't get hit by a car….
A pair of adult Crested Serpent Eagles nearby — they came to drive the juvenile away.

リュウキュウヨシゴイ
車が通ろうが人が通ろうがまったく動じないリュウキュウヨシゴイがいました。
It's aware of my presence, but comes right up to me without a care in the world. ^^
It was sneaking up to catch guppies. Why are there guppies here? ^^;

珍鳥オリイヤマガラ
思わぬところで見つけました。聞き慣れない鳥の鳴き声がするので探してみると、なんとオリイヤマガラ!!
本命はだめでしたが、これで1時間山登りしたかいがありました。^^
I fumbled to swap lenses from the EF24-70mm F2.8 II USM, but the one I had to hand was the EF70-200mm F2.8 IS USM. ^^;
The camera hadn't acquired a GPS fix yet, so the location data is approximate. ^^;
