This is the same individual as yesterday.
A newly found individual. It was a bit more wary than usual. Photos came out blurry too. ^^;

リュウキュウアカショウビン順調に増えています(動画あり)
ペアでいたのですが、オスが茂みの奥の方で撮れず…。^^; 例年にくらべると出だしは好調です。どさっと一気に渡ってきた感じですね。^^ 今季、11個体確認で6個体目の撮影!!
動画は、メスとオスのさえずりが入っています。羽を広げて求愛もしていました。

13日を境に一気にアカショウビンが増えたようです。^^

3月31日に鳴き声を聞いて、4月4、11日と姿をみて、本日やっと撮れました!!
きょうは、5個体見て、撮影できたのは3個体!! こんなシーズンインは初めてです。^^
Female Ryukyu Ruddy Kingfisher. It seemed the two had already paired up.
The male believed to be paired with the Ruddy Kingfisher above.
A Ruddy Kingfisher I found after venturing a bit further out. It had already started digging a nest hole in a Chinese mahogany tree. ^^
