Third Common Hoopoe of the Year
This is the third individual Common Hoopoe of 2025. There's a lot of foot and vehicle traffic here, so it's a restless environment — hard to say how long it will stay.
A Eurasian Hoopoe that kept retreating into the bushes every time a person or vehicle passed by. Prey is plentiful, but it seemed unable to settle.
