激減ハリオシギ、サシバの渡りは終盤?
ハリオシギはすっかり減ってしまいタシギだらけになっています。チュウジシギは少し残っています。 秋の渡りのハリオシギの終認は、昨年は10月18日 でした。今季はいつまで見られるでしょうか。2024年は越冬ではないと思われますが、 2月にハリオシギ、チュウジシギを確認 しています。鬼に笑われますが、2026年は越冬個体を見たいですね。
昨日に続き見に行ったサシバは低調でした。前日に渡り切ってしまった感じです…。^^; この時季は日課のジシギ観察があるので、アカハラダカ、サシバともになかなか渡りを見に行けません…。

Pacific Golden Plover juvenile. Both juveniles and adults are present on the island, but all five birds in this flock were juveniles.
First-winter Eastern Yellow Wagtail — when it popped into my binoculars I was startled for a moment, thinking it was some unfamiliar warbler.
