キタヤナギムシクイ登場!! アカハラダカなど秋の渡り本格化

与那国島出張の隙間時間で鳥見。秋の渡りが本格化しつつある雰囲気を感じながら林道を流していると、鳥が集まるアコウを発見。メジロの群れなどを観察していると黄色いムシクイが視界に飛び込んできました。双眼鏡に入れるとキタヤナギムシクイでした!! 枝から枝へと移動しながら、小さな昆虫などを捕食しているようでした。

ほかにもアカハラダカやブッポウソウ、サメビタキ、コサメビタキ、エゾビタキタシギ、シマアジ、タシギ、カラムクドリなどを初認しました。さすがは与那国島ですね。^^

Chestnut-cheeked Starlings were present in flocks — the largest had over 100 individuals, and there were several other groups of around 30.
