ヤツガシラ4羽、ハチジョウツグミ×ワキアカツグミ?、ギンムクドリ、コムシクイほか(動画あり)
仕事の休憩時間にヤツガシラを4羽確認。島内ではほかでも出ていて、この日は少なくとも7羽がいたようです。
ハチジョウツグミに見える少し変わったツグミがいました。胸や脇の模様がハチジョウツグミらしくなく、どことなくワキアカツグミを感じさせる個体です。ハチジョウツグミとワキアカツグミとの雑種の可能性が高そうです。
マミチャジナイ、アカハラ、シロハラはタブノキの実を食っていましたが、枝の中に入ってしまって写真は撮れず。
石垣島の越冬コムシクイは、暖かくなるに従い、数を減らしています。どんどん北へ渡っていっているようです。わが家の周辺で越冬していた個体もいつの間にか見えなくなりました。
A Eurasian Hoopoe that has been staying for over a week. It's unusual for one to linger that long on spring passage.

I thought it was a Naumann's Thrush, but something felt off. It may be a hybrid between Naumann's Thrush and Redwing.
A male Chestnut-cheeked Starling. A small flock was feeding on fallen Strangler Fig fruit.
While watching the Eurasian Hoopoe, a Lesser Whitethroat appeared. Two birds were chasing each other.
