カタグロトビ、オオノスリ、カンムリワシ幼鳥、ハヤブサいろいろ(動画あり)
今季の石垣島は越冬含め、猛禽類が充実しています。オオノスリは島内の2カ所で3羽確認。ハヤブサは幼鳥から若鳥、成鳥まで例年になく多い個体がいるようです。チョウゲンボウもあちこちにいます。
カタグロトビは子育て終盤に差し掛かり、カンムリワシの幼鳥は暖かくなると餌探しに活発です。

A Saker Falcon caught a Little Egret. This individual is a very skilled hunter.
Juvenile Crested Serpent Eagle. It flew toward me along the waterway.
Same individual as above. For what it's worth, the Sony α1 doesn't miss focus even at this distance.
An unusually slender and small Common Kestrel juvenile. For a moment I thought it might be something else. ^^;
