越冬中のシギとチドリ
海岸や田んぼではシギやチドリが越冬中。特に多いのは海岸のオオメダイチドリ、メダイチドリ、キョウジョシギ。石垣島としては珍しく、ダイゼンの群れも越冬中。
今季の田んぼのシギは数が少なく、アオアシシギ、コアオアシシギ、タシギ、タカブシギ、クサシギなどが見られます。
