那覇出張で三角池
那覇赴任から戻ってきたばかりなのに那覇出張に日帰りで行ってきました。
仕事を終えて余った時間で三角池へ。オオソリハシシギが2羽入っていました。他にはコアオアシシギが2羽とアオアシシギが数羽。カモはハシビロガモが多く残っていましたがコガモのメスも1羽だけいました。
恥ずかしがり屋のタシギが開けた場所で餌をとっていました。
Two Bar-tailed Godwits, unusual visitors, had come in to Sankakuike pond. It may be the first time I have seen them anywhere other than the sea.
There were also two Marsh Sandpipers. In the foreground is a Common Greenshank.
Nearby, a Common Snipe was out in the open — an unusual sight.
Among a flock of Northern Shovelers there was just one female Eurasian Teal.
