枝渡りを始めたツミのヒナ(動画あり)
近所の公園のツミは枝渡りをするまでに成長しました。
親鳥は、昼ごろ獲物を運んできましたが、一人っ子のせいかおっとりした食べっぷり。複数ヒナがいると猛烈な取り合いになるのですがね。^^;
It was flying freely between branches above and below the nest.
A male Japanese Sparrowhawk bringing in prey, calling out to attract the female.
The female, having received the prey from the male, prepares it in the shade of a tree.
Bringing it to the nest and feeding the chick bill to bill.
If there were several birds it would turn into a scramble and quite a commotion, but with just one, it goes like this… ^^;
