蒸し暑い一日 公園と干潟でバードウオッチング
数日前から南風が吹き暖かくなってきました。きょうは雨が降ったり止んだりで湿度も上がり蒸し暑い一日。旧暦の2月、新暦の2月末ごろになると南風が急に北風に変わり海が時化るニンガチカジマーイ(二月風廻り)が発生します。台湾付近で発生し早いスピードで北上してくる低気圧を期待しつつ面白い鳥がやってこないかと首を長くしています。^^
工場地帯の公園には、イソヒヨドリとシロハラが仲良く喧嘩しながら餌探し。その近くでは、シマキンパラの群れが草の種を食っていた。最近、アオジを見る機会が増えてきたのですが写真をまともに撮らせてくれない…。天気のいい日に再挑戦したいですね。
豊崎干潟には、アカアシシギやチュウシャクシギが増えてきた。これから北上する鳥たちが増えるだろう。
クロツラヘラサギの群れは、見つかりませんでしたが1羽だけ豊崎干潟にいた。J10でした。

A White's Thrush that couldn't get along with the Blue Rock Thrush. ^^; When they got too close, they were threatening each other.
The Scaly-breasted Munia flock numbered around 20 birds.
Whimbrels are also increasing with the spring migration.
Common Redshanks on migration are also increasing. They somehow give a different impression from the wintering birds, or is it just me?
