どこへ行ってもムナグロだらけ
沖縄本島南部は、どこに行ってもムナグロムナグロの憲法記念日でした。^^;
午後3時ごろから大雨と暴風が吹きましたが、荒れ地のムナグロ100羽はじっと耐えていました。雨が上がるとどこかへ飛び去りました。
雨が上がったので、畑に行ってみるとここにもムナグロが数十羽。くちばしを泥だらけにして餌をついばんでいました。
About 100 Pacific Golden Plovers were enduring the storm and heavy rain.
Kentish Plovers soaked to the skin in the rain.
Pacific Golden Plovers sheltering from the rain in the grass.
By 5 p.m. the rain had stopped and the Pacific Golden Plovers were out searching for food.
Searching for food with mud-covered bills.
