三角池とその近辺でシギ・チドリ
久しぶりに与根の三角池とその周辺の干潟でシギ・チドリの状況を見てきました。まだまだ数も種類も少なかったです。
ヒバリシギとコチドリが一番多く、それぞれ30羽ほどいました。そのほかは、キアシシギが3羽、アカアシシギが2羽、セイタカシギも2羽、ムナグロが1羽、チュウジシギが1羽確認できました。
カモ類は、まだ一羽もやってきていませんでした。
池の奥の方では、バンが巣を構えていた。サギの仲間は、アオサギやダイサギ、コサギ、ゴイサギなどがいて、ティラピアの稚魚を狙っていた。
A Pacific Golden Plover was on the tidal flat on the north side of Sankaku Pond.
There was 1 Grey-tailed Tattler at Sankaku Pond and 2 more on the nearby tidal flat.
Two Black-winged Stilts at Sankaku Pond.
Two Common Redshanks at Sankaku Pond as well.
About 30 Long-toed Stints.
A Swinhoe's Snipe on the far bank of the pond.
A Grey Heron was pecking at a red-eared slider.
A Common Moorhen incubating eggs in the heat.
