Long-tailed Shrike and Red-backed Shrike

I had been too busy with work on the New Year issue to go birding, but just when I had a gap, a message came from my mentor: "There's a Long-tailed Shrike." I happened to be nearby covering a partial solar eclipse, so I rushed over, but the Long-tailed Shrike was out. I had another assignment, so I left reluctantly, but when I came back after finishing, the Long-tailed Shrike was there.

I was also able to see it catching prey such as grasshoppers. ^^

On Ishigaki Island, Long-tailed Shrike, black Grey-faced Buzzard, Solitary Snipe, juvenile Crested Serpent Eagle and others are being seen steadily. If you want to see them, please go to the spotter, Ishigaki's number one bird guide.

He has no sales instinct, so I'll advertise for him on my own. ^^ Right now, the spotter has the most bird news.
