リュウキュウコノハズク繁殖期序盤
仕事帰りにリュウキュウコノハズクの繁殖状況を確認してきました。少し早いかなと思いながらでしたが、すでに 昨年と同じ営巣木の樹洞 にオスが入りメスをしきりに呼んでいました。ことしも無事に子育てが成功するのを願います。
今回がα1の初めての夜撮影でしたが、暗所のAFはぜんぜんだめですね。SONYのミラーレスはα9iiもでしたが、CanonやNikonに全く及びません…。それ以外は完璧なので、よけいに残念です。
A male Ryukyu Scops Owl calling for a female from the nest tree used last year as well. Once the breeding season gets going the feathers become quite ragged, but at this point they're still looking neat. ^^
Same individual as above. Whenever another male appeared, it chased him off without hesitation.
