アオバズクの六つ目の営巣確認
今季、六つ目となるリュウキュウアオバズクの営巣を見つけました。おそらく抱卵中か、まだヒナが小さいと思われます。
夜になっても「夏至南風」の影響か南風が強く、アオバズクやコノハズクの出はよくありませんでしたが、風を避けられる場所で数個体のコノハズクを観察。よく観察する繁殖個体なのですが、巣はどこにあるのか分かりません。
道路を横断するヤシガニは複数個体に出会いました。

A Ryukyu Scops Owl that had been searching for prey sheltering from the wind in the shade of the trees. This is likely the individual paired with the male I photographed the other day.
A small Coconut Crab was crossing the road.
