嘉津宇岳でアカハラダカの渡り
昨年は、アカハラダカの渡りを見に名護市の名護岳ばかり行っていましたが、今年は本部半島にある嘉津宇岳へ初めて行きました。アカハラダカを待つとき見上げる姿勢になるので少し首が疲れました。^^;
肝心のアカハラダカは40羽ぐらいの群れと60羽ぐらいの群れが観察できました。名護岳の方では、500羽ほどが観察されたようです。
Around 8:30 a.m., a flock of Chinese Sparrowhawks appeared from the eastern sky.
With the wind coming from the south, the number of Chinese Sparrowhawks passing through was small. The peak is expected around the autumn equinox. ^^
A view of Katsuu-dake. Following the trail at the back, you can reach the summit in about 40 minutes. The summit offers a magnificent 360-degree panorama.
