人に飼われてたの?ってぐらい人慣れしたカンムリワシ。^^;

Hunting for crabs in the stream.
Caught a crab!!
This was the first time I'd seen one catch a crab this close up — it swooped in from a blind spot on a crab just barely poking its head out of its burrow, and plunged its foot right in!!
The nictitating membrane is closed to protect its eye.
